Despite a busy schedule preventing him from attending the temple's inauguration, Maharaj, of Indian descent, revealed that his family has long wished to go on a pilgrimage to India. The 33-year-old cricketer, a staunch devotee of Lord Ram and Hanuman, has visited numerous temples during his trips to India.
